Hello, My name's Shyam Gogulamurali, I'm 18 years old and live in Naperville, Illinois, a suburban city near Chicago. I have been learning the violin from CA Rajasekar Sir for the past 6 months, and I have to say, by far, this is one of the best learning experiences that I'm getting while learning Carnatic music on a instrument such as the violin. Rajasekar sir teaches with utmost patience and clarity and makes sure the student fully understands the concepts that are being teached. It can be clearly seen that Sir is a wonderful teacher and is a wonderful carnatic maestro by just viewing his unique teaching methodology which is very different and easier than the normal carnatic violin teaching method. With all that said, I am very proud to be part of the CARVA family and I look forward to expanding my musical adventure through this academy, and Rajesekar sir's wonderful tutelage.
